Warranty Periods
General Spare Parts
Warranty period is 7 days after the order delivery.
Engines
Warranty period for Engines is (30 days) from delivery.
Transmission & Drivetrain
Warranty period for Transmission, Differential, and Transfer-Case is (14 days) from delivery.
No Warranty Items
Some spare parts, like body and interior parts, are sold with no warranty according to the vendor's policy, as described in the product's page.
How to Return
Initiate Return
To make a return, visit your profile page, choose "Orders", then select "Return" for the desired order.
Vendor Processing
Return requests are processed within 1-2 days after the item is delivered back to the vendor.
Refunds Policy
Card Payments: Returned order money will be refunded to the card used during payment within 1-3 days from processing the return.
Cash on Delivery: Customers will be contacted to select a preferred method of receiving the money.
Issues with your order?
If you received the wrong part, a part damaged due to shipping, or if the shipment was delayed more than the assumed shipping period, please contact us immediately.
