Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days from submission date.
Delivery Timelines
Major Cities (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah)
It takes 2-5 days to deliver to major cities (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah).
Other Cities
It takes 3-7 days for deliveries to other cities.
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery of spare parts is to the shipping address entry point, and not beyond. In case of ordering heavy spare parts, make sure to have the means to handle it.
- You can track your shipment from the Orders page by clicking "Track" for the relevant order.
